Cathy’s session is designed to improve balance, strength and mobility in a fun, upbeat and supportive environment. Exercises are balance-focused with a strength component, and will involve the use of a chair for support. Exercises are adapted for both standing and seated workouts. The use of walking aids is welcome, as each exercise can be modified to suit every participant’s needs.
