This presentation will explore practical, evidence-based solutions designed to enhance quality of life for seniors. Congdon’s Aids to Daily Living will share a variety of innovative options and resources, including home health care, mobility aids, and accessibility solutions.

Biography

Sarah graduated from the University of Alberta in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Sport and Tourism. She is a dedicated advocate for the well-being of seniors, with over a decade of experience as a Recreation Therapist and health care team leader. She has worked across diverse settings including in long-term care, supportive living, mental health, and community rehabilitation, where she has championed holistic approaches to healthy ageing. Currently, Sarah serves as a Business Development Representative and Product Consultant at Congdon’s Aids to Daily Living. In this role, she collaborates with clients and healthcare professionals to develop solutions that promote independence, enhance quality of life, and simplify daily living. Sarah’s work also extends into the community, where she partners with local organizations to advance health and wellness initiatives.
